As Senior Director, Operations Integration, Michael Bélanger directs, plans, and manages the operational objectives of Vantage’s Canadian network airports, driving operational excellence, implementing best practices, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

With more than 20 years in operational leadership roles at Greater Toronto Airports Authority, which manages Toronto Pearson International Airport, Michael has deep experience across a broad portfolio of critical functions. These include operational and regulatory program development, runway and airspace capacity optimization, safety management systems, quality assurance, training systems development, operational performance, noise management, and engagement with key regulatory stakeholders. Michael was also Toronto Pearson’s primary liaison and relationship manager with key stakeholders including Transport Canada Civil Aviation and the Transportation Safety Board.
